Operator of Worker Housing

Since 2023 we acquire, renovate and operate housing for foreign workforce.

For manufacturers, logistics hubs, agricultural and construction companies, housing foreign staff in ordinary apartments is expensive and unpredictable. We offer an institutional alternative: purpose-equipped properties with rooms for 4-6 people, shared kitchens, laundry areas and private bathrooms.

We act as the direct host. We issue the contracts, file the address cards with Migration at the Ministry of Interior, and take responsibility for order, hygiene and maintenance throughout the contract - with no intermediaries.

  • What is the contract term?
    We work under B2B framework contracts of 6-12+ months. The long-term format gives a fixed price per bed, and on contracts of 12 months or more address registration is free.

  • How is the price determined?
    The price per bed depends on the property and the contract term, and is fixed in the framework contract. You receive an individual quote within 24 hours of your inquiry.

  • How are utilities handled?
    We offer two schemes: utilities are calculated in advance and included in the bed price, or they are paid by the tenant directly to the providers. The scheme is agreed in the framework contract.

  • What is the deposit?
    Long-term contracts require a deposit equal to 2 months. Refund terms are set out in the contract.

  • Is address registration charged?
    It is free on contracts of 12 months or more. On all other contracts it is charged as set out in the quote. We file the address cards with Migration at the Ministry of Interior.

  • Which documents do you issue for the D visa and ERPR?
    We issue notarized contracts and housing declarations that are attached to the application file of the worker.

  • How long does the permit take?
    The timeline is set by the authorities. According to the Employment Agency, Migration decides within 2 months, extendable by another 2 months. Housing documents are part of the application file, so we prepare them promptly. This information is indicative and is not legal advice.

  • How fast will I get a quote?
    Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. Please state the number of workers, expected arrival dates and the preferred location.

  • Can you provide a whole building to order?
    Yes. We acquire or long-term lease a dedicated base near your site, renovate it and operate it.
