What data we process
The website does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personal data automatically, apart from technical logs kept by the hosting provider (for example IP address) for security and stability. If you write or call us, we process the data you give us: name, company, email, phone and the content of your inquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in communicating with business clients (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Retention
We keep the data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the period required by law if a contract is concluded.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. It may be processed by IT and email service providers (for example Google Workspace) acting on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
